With a Shelf Company you do not have to spend time waiting for the creation and registration process – you can start operating the company immediately. If you choose to create and register a company “yourself”, it can take longer to get the paperwork through the regulatory system.

Please take Note: The office of the secretary of a company shall not be left vacant for more than one month at any one time. Where your existing Company Secretary has lodged a notice in accordance with the companies Act 2016, the said secretary shall cease to be the secretary of the company on the expiry of one month from the date of the notice.
